The Calzone & Macaroni Co

Hands down one of my favorite places to go to whenever I want a quality meal. Friendly environment and a huge selection of amazing food.

I've been here nearly a dozen times and will continue to come here for lunch. I've been here with friends and family and have never been disappointed with what I ordered. There are tons of options for mac and cheese or calzones from regular cheesy macaroni to pesto or buffalo chicken. The food is excellent, the wait time is reasonably short, and when going with friends there are tabletop games to play while we wait and chat. This is one of my favorite local places to eat and I always come here for lunch when I'm close by.

Small establishment hidden in the plaza by Vernon Hills. Although the ambience isn't anything special, the place is clean and staff are attentive and kind. They boast a variety of macaroni and calzone options - I recommend getting the "Snacker Combo" so you can try one of each. Prices are quite appropriate especially for the amount and quality of food you are getting. The games set up to play when you are waiting for your food were an unexpectedly nice addition.
