Panda Express

Found hair in my food & asked for a refund. The cashier was extremely rude and asked my provide the hair in order to get my refund, as if I was lying. Why would I lie & waste my time over a 7$ orange chicken bowl? I got my refund but not without dealing with the cashier’s attitude first. Don’t go to this location.

This review is going to make me seem like a terrible person but I hope you’ll hear me out. The last two times I’ve been to this Panda Express location, they’ve asked me to round up to the nearest dollar for charity. I distinctly said no. Upon pulling away from the drive through window, I’ve seen that they rounded up for charity anyway. I’m probably not the only person that’s been taken advantage of this way, considering it’s happened twice now. I’m not going to lose sleep over a few cents at the end of the day, but this practice is immoral. I don’t know if there’s some incentive for employees for getting a conversion, but I will be keeping my eye on my next transaction and I’d advise whoever reads this review to also do so.

Just ordered 3 large chow meins and they were clearly made all wrong. They were burnt and devoid of flavor. The noodles just taste like gas and charred cabbage. This is my kids favorite thing to get from any restaurant and they both spit it out and refused to eat it. Tried to call but there was no one available.
