Loved Panda Express all the way up till today. Used to be my go to for fast food. They removed the Sweetfire chicken which is pretty much the only thing I really eat there. Farewell Panda it was fun but you lost a dedicated customer. RIP Sweetfire chicken.
Any time that I order at the drive thur they get my order wrong. I tried calling they say the manager isn't in call back. I just called and what do you know the manager is busy and then the lady hung up on me. My order was wrong and my teriyaki chicken was burnt on both orders.
Food always good. However expect "shrinkflation" of the plates. Paying more for less. Need to tell customers that they substituted almonds for walnuts. Don't tell the customer that they should've seen the difference.
