Panda Express

So I ordered online so I can just go in and get my stuff at the time was told to go pick it up and got there and the lady was rude and was like it's not ready and then said he's already here for his food. Lady I showed up at the time the app told me to, so I waited at least another 10 minutes and I tried to get someone's attention but was completely ignored and another patron came in with some food saying y'all got my order wrong and was very upset but at least they fixed it. So when they did get my food ready they yelled my name and put it on counter and walked off like 5-7 minutes after I tried to get someone's attention. I just got my order and left, never been anywhere that did that before.

Never been to this location panda express but I arrived at almost 11 AM (hours say open at 10:30 AM) walked inside to see there was absolutely NO food available. The young man was polite but said he did not know how long it would be because none of the food had been prepared. If you open at 10:30 it seems reasonable that you would be prepared to serve your customers. This is the first panda express visit since I moved here from Seattle. Hoping maybe other locations are better managed.

Food, we have had better. The server said he need to keep our receipt till they filled our order.. We didn't get the receipt when we got our food and had to ask for it. They threw it in the trash, dug it out to give it to us. Tables were dirty. Food : 4/5 | Service : 3/5 | Atmosphere : 2/5 … More
