Panda Express

Although I’m generally not a big Panda Express fan, I was so thrilled that they had the Beyond Orange Chicken, so I ordered some delivered the other day and it was fantastic! Hot, fresh and honestly, delicious. I will be back

I really enjoyed my the visit prior to this latest visit (notice how I did not say recent because this recent visit had to be the worse customer service I had ever had). I ended up going here to try the promo for beyond chicken with the "buy 1 bowl, get one free" offer. For some reason, the person who was working the drive-thru must have had a stressful time since it was 11:30AM or was just plain rude. I was told that they needed to scan the paper coupon and not a coupon code, so I parked, made an online order for pickup instead (which was the same things I had ordered in the drive-thru, I told them to reserve it cause I am going to come back around to pick up the original order), this man asked me if i made an extra order ( which I didn't, it was for the original drive-thru order I had made) and then kept asking me if I had the coupon... I think Panda is the best thing to happen to fast in a long time and when they started out they were killing it.. But the portion sizes have gotten so small over time, the freshness of the food has diminished quite a bit and the service at the service counter has dropped quite a bit.. So much so that I am almost to the point of no longer patronizing the establishment. This particular location is one of the worst!
