The service here is absolutely amazing. Rebecca is always available and ready to serve me promptly. I only come into this location once per month or so but she always remembers me and my preferred order. Is always prompt and never hovers. She deserves a raise! Carlos and Dilia are the best diner cooks in Dallas without a doubt! The food is always prepared how I order it and arrives quickly. The plates look just like the menu! This location is worth the drive if coming from the Plano area
It had been quite some time since we had visited this Denny's (well over 1.5 years...) as in general, though the restaurant is relatively new, the dining room was pretty run down and dirty. The food was not great and the waitstaff didnt seem to care whether there were customers or not. Today, we gave it another chance. (We live close by and like to see our local places thrive). WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! We walked in, the dining room is clean and inviting, the tables were bussed and ready for the next guests. We were met with "hello's & Welcome in's" by very friendly waitstaff. Theresa, the manager has turned this place around. The staff was happy, the food tasted great. WOW!! She treats everyone like they're family... This is how you create customer loyalty!! Please, give this place a second chance y'all. Lets make this the neighborhood gem!
Food was good. Server was with the bad attitude. She got upset as soon as we walked in @11pm 10/12/22. Server named Theresa, she didn’t either greet us nor offered to ask any drinks or water. Food presenting manners zero. Another guest walked in couple minutes later, she greeted them with smile and offered drinks. We are local here, but our experience was bad with the server. Won’t be coming here next time. Didn’t brought some of our order either, we specifically said low sodium, she didn’t care.
