Panda Express

I go in to Panda Express in Moore. I get in line, actually I am the only person in line. No one ever acknowledges I am there. I wait and wait patiently, then another family gets in line to the left of me and they start to get their order. I try to be polite. They were so extremely rude, I will not go back to this location. They need better management! I went to the one on 240 in OKC, was waited on promptly. This is not the 1st time I have been treated rudely at the Moore location.

I love the food here, but I spent a LOT of money to feed my family of 5 and the teens working here rushed my order so fast they forgot 5 egg rolls, and 9 wantons. Plus they only filled my shrimp box half full. I was too exhausted to drive all the way back and make them fix it, so I just wasted $20 on food I didn't get. It is dang good though.

This location is an absolute joke. Have been here a few times, each time is disappointing. Every time I’ve been before they haven’t had the broccoli beef entree. This time while ordering from the drive through they did. Made it home to open my box to find 5 pieces of broccoli and one little piece of beef. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere. If you still want Panda Express go out of your way to Norman to get better service and portions. Won’t be back to this location again.
