Panda Express

Sat in drive thru line for 20+ minutes had to order food at window because speaker doesn't work, couldn't place order without being interrupted by kid at window, after placing order was notified that they were out of Rice and lo-mein and it would be an additional 10-20 minutes. Canceled the order and went to Del Rancho. Happened at 430pm on 10/23/22. Why does this location never have anything ready? This is a constant issue, this store has gone severely downhill since pandemic!!! This location sucks!!! Don't ever eat there!!!

Three visits in a row they have been out of fried rice and/or orange chicken at the time of my order. --- Update: I tried again. This time everything appeared to be available. However, the drive thru person was clearly doing two things at once and not really listening to my order. My order: 2 Orange Chicken bowls, 1 plate with Orange Chicken + Honey Walnut Shrimp. What was entered: 1 Orange Chicken bowl, 1 plate with Orange Chicken + Honey Walnut Shrimp. I attempted to correct him, instructing him that there are TWO bowls. He modified the existing plate to a bowl, resulting in a still-incorrect order. I attempted to correct him again, instructing him that there are TWO Orange Chicken bowls + ONE plate (Orange Chicken + Honey Walnut Shrimp). He then got those correct… however, entered in my plate as double Orange Chicken. At this point, I was amused at having a simple order not being correct after three attempts. I go in to Panda Express in Moore. I get in line, actually I am the only person in line. No one ever acknowledges I am there. I wait and wait patiently, then another family gets in line to the left of me and they start to get their order. I try to be polite. They were so extremely rude, I will not go back to this location. They need better management! I went to the one on 240 in OKC, was waited on promptly. This is not the 1st time I have been treated rudely at the Moore location.
