Number one concern is that there is a staff member here that consistently does not give fortune cookies. I do not know if this is a result of training error or what but they have been there for months and if they are ringing me up I can basically guarantee I'm not getting a cookie. It's kind of bizarre. The varying levels of roboticness that the staff are trained or hardwired to operate with doesn't help broach this topic so I don't say anything but thought I review was appropriate. Restaurant is clean and some employees are very personable. For reference would appreciate not being rushed by staff while I'm ordering and there's 1 (one) person in line behind me. If you come between the 11-12 hour the food isn't very fresh and is generally much more fresh after 12.
Stopped randomly as I was headed to another business in Milpitas. Food is fresh, perfectly cooked, not over or under. Happy or cheerful employees. Clean tables and soda station. One of the best Panda Express locations I’ve been to so far.
