Panda Express

Ordered orange chicken with rice and noodles from the drive thru. Wow. Upon opening the box after a 15min drive home i saw the noodles looked dehydrated and super dry.. thinking no big deal i still have the orange chickens and rice to eat. Was I wrong. The chicken didn't even have it's typical sweet orange taste. It was so sour it hurt my tongue. I tried to eat another thinking maybe it's me.. but the next hurt my tongue even more from the odd weird sour taste. So i tried to eat the fried rice and it was like eating sand. Horrible. My tongue still stings as i write this from that odd sour taste from the chicken. This is not normal.

So when I was there this last Saturday, the ladies at the front where super nice and apologized about wait times. They were all on their headsets asking for help from what I could only imagine was the 2 young men sitting in a corner with the nice black polos on. (Assuming they were managers). They had to have a cook come ask if one of them could come help. All these guys had to do was just look and see they needed help. Poor management awareness, they need someone in this location to help.

I'm Extremely impressed with this Panda. I drive around the county for work and in the last two years since Covid, the supply chain issues and staff shortages most Pandas are out of items short employees or have their dinning rooms closed. I have been to this Panda 3 times and every time I'm welcomed when I walk in. The store is clean and fully staffed. They have All items ready. I Don't need to wait for them to make more. The staff are friendly and thy even walk over to make sure everything is ok.. .5* stars.
