Jaboni's Pizzeria Maryville

We ordered two pizzas to go yesterday. One was the margherita pizza and the other was “Grandma’s”. The margherita had almost zero color to the crust. When we started eating it, the base was very soft with no crunch at all. It seemed a bit soggy. Half way through the slice I got raw dough. The crust round the edge was too hard and difficult to bite through. The Grandma’s pizza was much the same. Raw dough in the middle of the slice. The crust did have some color and was slightly better than the margherita. For both pizzas, the flavors were good but let down by the dough. Raw dough with crusts that remind me of biting into cardboard is not what a pizza should be. This was my first time eating a Jabonis pizza and probably the last.

Never had an issue with the wait staff at Jaboni's, including today's visit. I had the most impressive experience with a waitress who was a new hire and was being followed around by a trainer. She nailed it with ease - service with a smile, was not overbearing in making sure we had everything we needed/wanted, and had a great sense of humor. She was informative to another customer's table about the difference between Alfredo sauce and marinara sauce. My best visit to Jaboni's, so far ????????????????????????????????????????

Worst pizza Iv had in Knoxville/Maryville area. The cook has no idea what a Neapolitan pizza is. the doe was undercooked and the sauce is awful. The waiter was so obviously high that he didn’t know who ordered what food or what table ordered what drinks or which table he was even talking to.
