Panda Express

The portions aren’t what they used to be and they still charge the same price yet give you less now. And the chicken was burnt and super greasy. Not sure why I keep coming here if the food is gross and they serve you plates that looks like they were half eaten with such small portions. Better off going to Wok Wei or Yan’s. Not Panda Express, they overcook their food and scam you on portions. They also cross-contaminate. I’ve found meat/products in my orders that weren’t supposed to be. If you order chicken, you might get some shrimp/steak and that’s worrisome because people have allergies. If they cross contaminate and their food is greasy & burnt… I can only imagine how that kitchen looks. Gross… not going back!!

Ordered the family meal combination for $40 and Beef and Broccoli was the 1 of the main entrée I ordered. Got all Broccoli with literally 4 bites of beef (picture attached). I went to the store and explained to the manager the situation, he remade it. I reiterated how I spent $15 with Postmates to avoid having to drive all the way here and asked for something like a coupon for future orders or even a dessert (so that I don't feel like I wasted the $15 delivery fee). He flat out said "No, we don't do that. Your problem is with Postmates not us!" This is horrible customer service. I would stay away from this place.

2nd time food was disgusting. Panda what is up with the quality of your food I have to drive to camback and 91st to get good food . The chicken was hard the green beans were dried up they look like they were dried green beans nasty me and my son couldn't eat our food and when I call nobody picks up the phone go figure if you don't want customer complaints just don't answer the phone like that is going to make the issue go away . Manager on duty please check your quality of food . You are an expensive high quality restaurant and you are letting it go to the ground maybe your District manager and General manager need to come and see what the shift is doing to the restaurant reputation.
