Aioli Gourmet Burgers - Fry's Location

Reserved their food truck for a graduation party. Fantastic from the initial email we sent to inquire about their availability to the time they were done at the party. Fast communication throughout the planning process. We had lots of questions and changes to the menu. The burgers, fries, mac and cheese bites and churros were fantastic. Vivianna was so prompt when we had questions and I’m sorry I don’t remember the names of the folks in the truck but they were wonderful as well. If I’m ever over on the west side of the valley we will check out the restaurant.

First time getting food from here and I'm quite disappointed. Got Carne asada taco combo with side of rice, fries, and elote. Carne Asada was ok, not much meat for how much they charge for it though. But the rice. Rice is absolutely disgusting. Took 1 bite and threw it away. No flavor, mushy but crunchy at the same time (not sure how that's even possible?) and looked like it's been sitting out for 2 days. Fries were cold and soggy by the time I got home, since they pack it in plastic container that traps all the condensation. Elote was good, but didn't expect them to be deep fried. Overall, $20 for barely edible food is not worth it. Especially from grocery store food court.

We hired the Aioli food truck for our wedding this November and it was a HIT! Everyone got to order their burger and fries of choice made fresh. Even our vegetarian was super satisfied with his Beyond Meat burger! We had less than 55 people at our event and everyone was served quickly, even with just one truck server. He also helped us out by cutting our cakes (Nothing Bundt Cakes) before he left! Planning with Aioli was very smooth and professional and they were very sensitive to budget, as well as arrival time (they adjusted their arrival time so it wouldn't interrupt our ceremony). Vivianna was very responsive and friendly and on top of everything - it's no wonder this company is growing exponentially these past few years! I would totally recommend them for your special event (the White Truffle Burger is to DIE FOR). Thank you for being a part of our big day and making it feel just like us!
