Quality has definitely gone downhill. I went to the Panda Express in Merrillville and was definitely disappointed the last two times I went there so I tried the Crown Point store. Same problem quality of food has gone downhill. The rice was mealy and the meats are not as good as they used to be. Needless to say I will not be taking out any more Panda Express...
