If I could give it less stars I would. Couldn’t come in to pick up my online order, so I had to wait in the drive through that doesn’t move cars u til their order is done. By the time I got to the window and picked up my food the lady was giving me attitude about being short staffed like it was my fault. My food was cold by the time we got home. I had to heat it back up.

Expectations: long lines (30 min) at peak eating times, no sign when running out of food within hour of closing. Workers are trying their best but management seems to suck. I ordered a online pickup order and went to pick it up inside like the website told me, but there was a sign that said the lobby was closed. The drive thru line was out of the parking lot. If I hadn’t already paid then I would’ve just went elsewhere. They should disclose that if you order for pickup then you still have to wait in the line which is frustrating. I tried to call the location to see if I could just come inside to grab the food, but employees just stared at me outside the window and didn’t answer the phone. I understand restaurants are short staffed however there should be clear instructions so people do not waste their time. Also my pickup order was not even ready once I made it up to the speaker.
