Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The burger and fries were good so that wasn't the problem with our visit. The problem was with the lack of cleanliness. The floors were filthy. Food dropped, straw wrappers not swept up and they looked like they had not been mopped in days. Soda machine was sticky like it hadn't been cleaned in days. And the ice cream machine was caked and splattered with ice cream. It was so caked up I wouldn't venture a guess how long since it had been cleaned. Very poor management. It's a push to give this location even three stars.

I like this place. It’s busy most of the time. The food tastes like it should. One of my favorite associates is Jada, she is always nice.

The individual who took my order was nursing an ear issue (gross napkin in hand and constantly pressing to ear then checking the result) as he took my order He had no people skills and his uniform was filthy. The tables were dirty, the beverage station was dirty. There was an older man sitting at a table closer to the kitchen who was loudly playing music on a portable speaker (no i dont want to hear your tunes bro). The staff clearly didn't have an issue with it given that one staff member kept coming out to chill with this guy instead of actually working. And, of course, the food is highly overpriced.
