Panda Express

Went to the drive thru of this location and the staff at the window was extremely disrespectful!! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Panda Express. They made a mistake on my order and refused to remedy the problem stating that they didn’t hear the order correctly which sounds like a problem in their end and they weren’t willing to fix it.

Service was absolutely horrible. I asked for a bigger plate (3 entrees/ 1 side). The order taker had an attitude when I asked her to repeat my order back. Once I got to the window I asked for a order repeat because something was telling it was wrong. Though the lady at the window said the right order. Once I got home I had the completely wrong order.

Fast, friendly service. Food wasn’t up to the normal standards of quality you’d expect from Panda Express, but wasn’t bad either. Kitchen staff seemed to be struggling to keep up with demand. Entree supplies were at critically low levels. Kind of dirty, and in a rough neighborhood. Solid. No complaints, but not stellar.
