Staff is nice but this location never has any of the donuts listed on the menu… this is in the afternoon so I don’t understand how they run out.. and never mAke more it’s ridiculous
Worst Experience Ever!!! Sent The Wrong Order And Also The Donuts We’re Stale and Old. I Ordered The Halloween Donuts. Tried Calling 10 Times And Got No Answer ! Do Not Go To This Location !!!
This is the closest location to my home and I hate it. I gave this location another chance and I regret it. The appearance is POOR. Customer service is POOR. On 4/14/2022 9:25pm the brown skin lady with dreads or faux locs was extremely unprofessional and rude. It’s so sad that this is the customer service we receive. I won’t be back. And then the drive thru looks so unprofessional. It’s clear the owner of this franchise doesn’t care.
