Pancake Café Fitchburg | Breakfast, Brunch, & Lunch

We hope others had a better experience here. Unfortunately, ours was more than disappointing. For a family of 6, food took 1.5 hours to arrive. When it did arrive, 4 of the 6 orders were missing sides and/or not palatable. -Mixed berry crepe included no fuit/berries... my guess is that the kitchen was out? Instead a warm yogurt-type mix was substituted and stuffed inside. Honestly, not edible. -Two meals included fruit (cantaloupe, pineapple) on the side. The fruit was hot and completely dry - bendable like a piece of rubber. My guess is that the fruit was left under a warmer for a long period. -Hashbrowns were missing on a meal. Eggs were not made to preference/order. Bread was stale. Positives: The two family members who ordered waffles enjoyed them. Their meals were at least complete. Additionally, our "DIY mimosa" order was a fun Father's day activity. We politely requested to speak with the manager. She apologized and offered a discount.... $20 off on a tab for 6 adults. Best French Toast ever!! And today I tried their plain pancakes and can't believe how delicious they are! Such a great vanilla flavor and so fluffy! Oh and the breakfast potatoes are little pillows of love. I'm so full.

Choice brunch location. The pancakes are thick and delicious. Meanwhile, the bacon was thick and perfectly cooked, crispy with every bite but still a touch of chew to really enjoy the flavour of the fat. I look forward to trying the other elements of the menu. Dine in: Yes … More
