Buffalo Wild Wings

Honestly where do I even begin. I mobile ordered at 7:30 for pick up at 9. I drive there. Wait 30 MINUTES for my food! FINALLY get my food. The order is wrong, it’s sloppy, for an order they supposedly freshly made it tasted like it had been sitting out forever. It was cold and soggy. The wings are super dry. (and wrong if I forgot to mention). I just cannot believe that for an order that they had 2 HOURS to prepare, they STILL got it wrong. And to top it all off. No apology for the wait, just glared at me and threw my food at me. Honestly hoping to receive a refund and this location will never see me again. Glad I didn’t tip for this pathetic service.

I hate to give a bdubs a low rating and some of this has to do with door dash, but how you can send an order of 10 wings and Mac and cheese without ANY napkins or a fork is beyond me. On the door dash side, it took almost an hour to get here, food was cold and again the driver should have made sure there was napkins and a fork. Then the driver took a picture of me walking in the hotel door but sent it explaining no one was there just to cover up his mistake.

This place was a disappointment. Carryout order was ready over 30+ minutes AFTER the estimated time. Tuesday night. Not busy. Like, really not busy. No one acknowledged my presence in the 45min I sat there waiting. Finally got the food, wings and fries were all mixed together and the food was cold as Wisconsin winter. Try somewhere else for wings.
