Palo Verde

Palo Verde had just reopened (for breakfast only) for our trip to the Boulders this week. We are so thankful that we got to experience the food and atmosphere here! Our breakfasts were the highlight of our days and we came back every morning during our stay. Staff were friendly and attentive. My wife and I enjoyed our meals so much that we ordered the exact same thing each day! In hindsight maybe I should have explored other options but why change something you are 100% satisfied with? The chorizo potatoes were flavorful, the eggs were perfectly cooked, and the multigrain toast was oddly one of my favorite parts of the meal. Would highly recommend!

Gorgeous views and property. Came for cocktails. Took 30mins to get our drinks. We were the only ones there. Had to tell our bartender how to make the drinks we ordered. He still got them wrong.

We had breakfast here almost every morning of our stay at The Boulders. The Sonoran Sunrise was our go-to favorite along with bottomless mimosas (try the white peach...it’s amazing) but I also tried the French Toast and the Huevos Tacos ...the PV Benedict was enjoyed by my boyfriend too! The view outside is very nice, although the birds were annoying and it gets hot!
