Palma

The kitchen staff definitely knows what they’re doing! The Palma lounge is located in the proper hotel and is very stylish, offers a lot of seating and has a small library. I had the breakfast sandwich which was just perfect, the perfect size, perfect combination of Avocado, Eggs, Bacon - and the aioli was just the perfect addition. It was also served with a bowl of fruits (blackberries, strawberries, grapes, raspberries, melons, blueberries). If the price is justified ($24) is up for debate, but I for sure wasn’t disappointed. They also only serve breakfast (till 11am) and dinner. If it wouldn’t be so expensive I would dine there way more often.

Food is decent. So many servers/bussers, but they all seem lost. Slow service. They should have at least 1 or 2 more regular height chairs so people with back issues can eat their food comfortably. The space is cool.

Dropped in on a Saturday night without reservations - so a low likelihood we'd be able to enjoy a drink here, let alone a meal. While the restaurant and bar were busy, Andrew (the host) was abundantly gracious and welcoming, providing such excellent service: putting our name down, while recommending a drink at the bar and a spot to sit. He went out of his way to make the night special and find us a great table. Britt served us and was so thoughtful and attentive as a server. Great meal in a fun environment with fantastic staff. Would come back here again and only change one thing: I'd try to stay the night.
