Good pizza but $47 for an XL one topping delivered less than 5 miles away. 4% card charge, per mile delivery, nickels and dimes add to very expensive pie.
Wanted to give a shout out about Lily handling the phone at Palermos on 63rd. Delightful. Bright. Very Helpful. Of course, the pizza is always good.
While there pizza is great the service for delivery has been steadily getting worse. Ordered at pizza at 6:45 and it's now 8:45 and no pizza. They called to say driver went to the wrong address and would be here in 15 minutes. They did not offer any refund or discount towards a future order. I understand being short staffed, if you can't execute orders don't take any additional orders. Very disappointing and flat out ridiculous. Update after calling back they did issue refund
