Paisano's Pizza

Picked up some pies and a salad from here and sure glad I did, pizza was good sauce was good a little on the sweet side. The only thing it was a little greasy from the cheese no big deal though but the salad was kinda small but that won’t stop me from going back.

In the area for work and asked the hotel desk what she might recommend for delivery, rain was keeping me from wandering the area. She did not steer me wrong! I went with a small pizza and it was absolutely delicious.

Pizza is an item that many people see very differently from place to place. For me I look at the location, flavor of the sauce, flavor and quality of the toppings and a great crust not to mention the price for this artistic creation. For this visit I found the pizza to have a great presentation, good amount of toppings and cooked just right, not burnt or undercooked. The crust was probably one of the best I have had in a very long time, perfect crunch and thickness, not overly bearing. The cheese was a good portion, not to much to make it crazy chewy but definitely enough to satisfy. The toppings were fresh and had great flavor, cooked thoroughly and complimented the crust and cheese perfectly. Finally, the sauce - this is the only reason I gave this a 4 star and not a 5. The sauce could have been a little heavier but, the flavor of the sauce was very bland. It didn't grab the taste buds to say "hey, here I am". I think if the sauce was more pronounced it would have been an a
