Pizza Hut

Both orders we have gotten recently absolutely awful the first was completely burnt and couldn't get through to anyone at the store for replacement the second the sauce was smothered little to no cheese and the wings had spots of sauce this store has went down hill

I placed an order for a pizza and BBQ wings which was never delivered. I called 10 minutes after the delivery time saying I never receiced my order and they responded "thats a good question, heh". They offered a store credit which I refused and asked for my refund because I'm not going to pay for something I never received. The guy on the phone got rude with me and started swearing calling me names. I asked for the manager and he responded " I am the manager, B!@#$%" and hung up. I called corporate and they will be following up with a refund on Monday and taking corrective actions against this location. I will NEVER order from this location ever again and I will never refer anyone there.

They could offer me a free pizza or free cinnabons, and I would politely decline the offer. I have never had a disgusting pizza - even store bought, but this was the worse. I ended up trashing it!!
