Pailin Thai Cuisine - OK Thai Food

Pailin Thai Cuisine was a surprisingly quaint but exceptionally high quality dining experience. The food had a subtle freshness that stands out and, paired with the running water and well-maintained lobby, give an overarching impression of freshness. While the flavor is slightly less intense than other Thai eateries, it is very deserving of 5 stars.

This is my first visit here and it's about a 20 minute drive for me and it is worth the drive. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing zen kind of place. Water fall statuary. I loved the nice flatware and place settings. The food was so flavorful rich with authentic taste. The soup was my favorite. We enjoy spicy and we choose level 2 out of 3. And it was pretty spice. No way I would go 3.

Small, cozy place with authentic Thai food. Thai green curry is one of my fave dishes and I haven’t found anything close in the USA like the real thing in Thailand. In fact, there were some extremely disappointing places in Oklahoma… I think some restaurants serve whatever and expect Americans to not know the difference ???? Pailin cuisine is not one of those fad restaurants. The waitress / owner(?) was a sweetheart and accommodated our family for 4 by setting up an extra table when they were full. Everything was delicious, fresh and tasty. My husband asked for mild spice- they listened; it was mild but still flavorful. The spicy squid was incredibly spicy. I liked it a lot, but you won’t if you are sensitive to spice. I think there was something sweet in the salad dressing- be careful with that if you are diabetic. Thai tea was refreshing without overbearing sweetness, I took one extra to go. Good value too, $97 before tip for 2 entrees, 2 kids meals, 4 appetizers (also got chicken sa
