Me and my husband spent $30 on two large pizzas that are barely cooked. Looks pale and the dough couldn’t even hold the cheese, definitely not good pizza. I’ve always liked Marcos but very disappointed with them this time.
My order was delivered completely destroyed, so we had to throw it away. I was able to get a refund fortunately, but I cannot see myself ordering from here again.
Ordered and waited and waited for over a hour and a half for driver to call and tell me he was lost. Long story short never got my pizza. Called to cancel and what a wonderful staff. They chatted in the background about me wanting to cancel my order and all I get is a OK. Very poor customer service. Wont be ordering from here EVER again.
