Paesanos Riverwalk

Disappointed at best. Had been looking forward to eating here but our experience was less than great. Took nearly 30 min for a waiter to take our drink order and a different waiter took it as they saw we had been sitting there awhile. Dinner was worse...we waited over a hour to be served. I could have understood if they were busy but when we got there there were maybe 5 tables seated. Never once were we offered an explanation or apology for the wait. Those seated after us came and went and we still had no food. Food was ok... at least it was hot. Many other choices on the river.

Such a nice restaurant with sitting available both inside and outside. Excellent atmosphere and can't say enough about the taste of the Shrimp paesano, which is really exquisite and leaves you craving for more but without the space in your belly to have it! Going here is always a must for me every time I'm in San Antonio. My first visit was two decades ago. I've been to several of their locations. Every time, it's wonderful. And everyone has to try the Shrimp Paisano!!!
