Outback Steakhouse

Overall experience is just fine!!! I ordered Kingsland and Pasta (steak and shrimp over pasta). I asked for medium well steak but it came out medium rare! My husband ordered filet, medium well but it came out really dry. When the server brought the food out she said they were out of baked potato and asked what other side he would like. They should have come out before the food was brought out for a replacement side. He’d eaten the steak before the fries were brought to the table. The server, Kerice, did a great job! She was very polite and pleasant!

Kathy our waitress was the bartender as well. She was excellent and very punctual and informative. We ate the 3 cheese steak dip, salmon, and prime rib sandwich. It was all delicious. Our drinks were prepared well too. We will be coming back to see Kathy!

First time to this Outback. Super clean and nice inside. Frank the waiter was AWESOME!!! However, they were out of Prime Rib, so I ordered the Filet & Lobster and it was the smallest Filet & Lobster I have EVER seen! Lobster had a ton of paprika on it so I couldn't eat it. They did remake the Lobster and remove the cost from the bill. My husband ordered the French Onion Soup with his Ribeye and the soup was charred on the top. They did remake the soup. He also wanted Prime Rib, but again, they were out of it. The Cheese Fries were awesome though and came out perfectly! All in all, they did try to make it all up to us. It was just a long dinner with all the stuff that had to be remade. Again, Frank our waiter was the most AWESOME AUSSIE part! Thank you Frank!!!
