Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The server, Aral, was very pleasant. He just forgot to bring us a to go box???? The food was good and served at a correct temperature! The floor, however, was very sticky in the whole restaurant. Five stars for an overall good visit!

Went for a late breakfast waited an hour for a table which is a normal thing. We placed our orders got our coffees and started to wait for our food. The food came and the well done steak that I had ordered arrived looking only half dead and the other half cooked. Our waitress, Bee went above and beyond her call of duty to ensure that all the mishaps were handled with the best of care. I commend Bee for her excellent customer service. If I had some constructive criticism, it would go to the management who failed to produce the desired results even when requested by them. One of the managers came to the table with a very poor excuse for delay. Said steak had been ordered with sautéed onions and this was charged on the bill as a side so since I had desired s steak with onions and ordered a steak with onions I was expecting onions with my steak and since by now I had the bill at the table but still had not received a full meal I had a legitimate reason to expect onions with my steak. I arrived Tuesday at 1017 with no wait and no greeter. 1.17 min, later I was acknowledged and seated by host. I asked for a quiet table and was seated just across from host stand at a four top with a direct view of front door so I could quickly counter threats I guess. I was left with a menu for 5 minutes 18 seconds before an available wait staff came and took my complete order and had my drinks out in 48 seconds. I will update soon... Wonderful breakfast cooked perfectly with a refill of my coffee. Check brought promptly and dishes cleared just after completing my meal. ????
