Destiny is one of the best waitresses we have had anywhere, probably the best. She greeted us with such a cheerful attitude. She made sure we had everything we needed and oh yeah the food was really good too. We talked to the manager and told him that she is the kind of person that needs to train new hires. Outback you out did yourselves today thanks to Destiny.
WOW - date night at Outback. We decided to sit at the bar (no wait). Malik was the bartender tonight and made sure we were all taken care of. The service was top notch and the drinks were delicious. He served up his favorite bevvies on a boomerang. Malik is the best and deserves a raise!
I love when a waitress who is by herself knows customer service. I couldn't not remember the young lady of color name, but she was outstanding and needed to be a manager of that place. She had the patience of JOB and no matter how much pressure and stress she was under, she was patient, calm, very professional, outstanding customer service and a well represented member of the staff. She made our family along with young children with small colds have an enjoyable experience with great tasting food. We were mad at the long wait but when you think how a person had to do all of the work of 3 people, we were understanding and made sure to tip her good as she really made it worth coming there, which we do frequently.
