The quality and accuracy of orders have significantly dropped in the last few years. They haven’t gotten my order right once the last three times I’ve been here. We ordered burgers via Uber tonight and are finally tossing the towel in on this place. We waited twice a long as the delivery time expected. Our poor driver had to wait 20 minutes for them to get to our order. The food arrive cold (see the cheese in photo), and they got 2 items wrong. Requested utensils and didn’t get them. Received 2 packets of ketchup for a large amount of fries. Way too much money for such a low quality meal.
Sugar Shack & Luther Burger are adjacent to each other both of them never disappoint! We have been here before and ordered a dozen of their various specialty donuts. However, we’ve been wanting to try their burgers and waffle fries. So this weekend we had to opportunity to sit outside and dine. My husband and I ordered- the plain Turkey Burger, a Classic Burger with only cheese and pickles, and two individual orders of Waffle Fries with Sea Salt. Our cousin who traveled with us, ordered the Turkey Burger and Waffle Fries with Old Bay Seasoning. They offer fountain drinks (sodas) and canned sodas and other beverages for carryout orders. You can get your drink before your meal and head outside to find a table. We had no issue locating a table. At the time we went they seemed to be more inundated with call-in/pick-up or curbside orders. It's so nice to be able to have a place that is decently priced near where I work and I can feel like I'm eating greasy vegan diner food. It's all I've ever wanted, honestly. The donuts are delicious, the people are so sweet. Once in a while, the fries might be a little stale, or something might be slightly wrong but they're willing to fix it immediately and not make you feel bad about it. I recommend this place to anyone who lives around here. I love them!
