Outback Steakhouse

Ordered with Uber eats. Spent $70. Order was not exactly right. Asked for chicken sandwich, no sauce…. I think they put extra sauce. My son wouldn’t eat it. I ordered salmon, baked potato, and salad without onion. The salmon was good… baked potato I think was made yesterday and the salad had onions. The blooming onion was soggy but I’m sure that’s an unavoidable challenge for take out. Very disappointed. I also had called to make sure no sauce on the chicken and it took 3 cycles of going through the voice answering service to get a human. Maybe they were short staffed. I’ll review them again when “the mad at them” wears off.

We had a great dinner at Outback as usual: delicious food, personable service, and reasonable prices! The Bloomin' Shrimp, Bloomin Chicken, and New York Strip (get it bone-in for extra flavor!). It looked so tasty when it arrived that I started enjoying it right away and forgot to take a photo until I asked for my "doggie bag," so some of these pictures reflect that.

One of the worst experiences I have had. We come to Outback at least once a month and this was the worst. We will never be back. My wife’s steak was supposed to be well done and was medium at best. My steak was well done and was supposed to be medium. So we sent them back. But the manger came out and told my wife that hers will cook more on the plate ????. REALLY the steak will not make it to well done. So she didn’t want to argue with him so she just didn’t eat. But they bring me a new steak and this time it was not well done but it also was not a fillet it was a sirloin. I told him that it was not a fillet and he told me that he personally cooked the steak even know I seen him at the bar area the whole time and said he just beat the steak to make it more tender.REALLY I NEVER HAD SOMEONE BEAT MY FILLET TO MAKE UT TENDER.
