One & Only BBQ

Here’s the thing, being from Memphis and coming back home to newish’ bbq spots; I’m always hesitant to try new bbq spots but these folks have a high rating and thats saying a lot in the Bluff City! So here we are, I did it! Lol I popped in here ystd and I felt as if I was at family friends cook out! The music was jamming, the entire staff had smiles and were engaging with all customers whether it was their table to serve or not. I noticed who appeared to be a mgr “AC” checking on customers/ tables and overheard him telling staff how great of a job they were doing. I was drawn in by the vibes! And as I always say, Cleanliness is next to Godliness, everything was clean including restrooms! Sarah was my server and did an awesome job. She hipped me to Vegetarian baked beans! Not every southerner wants pork in their beans… LET’S GET INTO IT! The menu- There is so much that caught my eye so I went for it all! Fried Pickles- The pickle chips were seasoned well just a bit too greasy for me.

This is how BBQ is done! Everything tasted amazing. This place was busy but the service was good. Was so full had to take my cake to go. My husband had the junkyard dog and I had a pulled pork sandwich and mac n chz

Yes! ... as a person that is an owner of a BBQ restaurant. I say YES! The meat was tender and tasty, however, I did need BBQ sauce for each meat. (I judge BBQ on not needing sauce) The Baked beans were very good, my kids loved the mac and cheese (even though it was very orange), the cole slaw was just meh ????. I ordered the ribs "wet". I would stick with that next time. The dry looked dry. Service was excellent!
