On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina - Midwest City

I know some may love this place, however for us, it was just disgusting! If I could give it 0 stars, I would! The rice was hard, beans were cold and hard, no seasoning on my chicken fajitas (the chicken was sliced and just laid on top of the unseasoned veggies) and it was cold. Fajitas are supposed to come out sizzling, not here! I literally added their salsa to my fajitas to have some kind on seasoning. Kids food was cold in center. I could really keep going but I will just say, don't go here! We will never return! Let me add, they were not busy, at all!

The food was really good. I loved the honey Chipotle shrimp tacos! We also had the guacamole, salsa, and chips which were good too. The service could've been better but the food made up for it.

I had been traveling all day and decided I wanted On the Border. I came in the pick-up door which confused staff as I intended to sit down and eat. No one was in a hurry to seat me. However, Raysha was on the job and took great care of me. As I sat at my table, I watched a cook on her telephone while in the kitchen. I also watched two parties arrive for dinner. Raysha ran out to seat one couple while the other group waited a long time before being seated. Pink sweatshirt seated a third party quickly. I enjoyed my food and my service was good when I got seated. Just observations.
