We just had the best experience at lunch! Raul is an absolutely amazing server! So attentive, friendly, and had refills out to us before our glasses were even empty. He was happy and had a smile every time we saw him! We go out to eat often and service has just been lacking everywhere we go. Not today! Way to go Raul! We will be back for sure!

I wish I had an experience to share. This is one of my favorite places to go. We drive a distance to come here. We waited for some time for someone to seat us. We had several staff see us and veer off to go another direction or just plain ignore us when they saw us. We stood there making other plans and left after much debating on where else to go. You may want to invest in a host to greet people. I would think the wait staff would want to help as it can increase their own tips but I guess they didn't need the business tonight. We almost left a time before. Luckily Raul walked by, saw us, and sat us.

We go there at 7:10pm and we’re seated quickly (5 tables around us empty). Our waiter, Mitchell, got us drinks right away. Then, it took forever for him to take our order. Didn’t GET the food until 7:50, half was wrong. My wife didn’t get her order until 8:11, which was wrong, again. Had to wait 15 minutes after we ate to get the ticket and. We were out the door at 8:34. The food was not great. For an upscale place in West Des Moines, this was a real let down.
