Buffalo Wild Wings

My wife and I. Went here on a get out of the house night. The food was good I mean it's b dubs. The Thursday buy on get on on boneless wings is always good. But the table next to us a party of 10 was loud. So loud I couldn't hear the NFL game and very rude to their Wait staff so much he left the party of 10 to serve the other side of the restaurant. All I am saying is be human and be kind to your b dubs waiting staff. Otherwise the food was good and the drinks were awesome

The most sub-par experience I've ever had. No employees were rude but they also didn't care enough to put effort into their service. The hostess greeted us as we entered then proceeded to spend the next 5 minutes stocking a fridge while we waited patiently to be sat. After we were sat, our server got my drink order wrong which I initially shrugged off. Eventually, we noticed that two tables who were seated after us got their food orders before we did (one table of 5 young men and one table which was a couple) and we're able to pay and leave before us as a result. Our food also came out late and was obviously sitting under a heat lamp for a while. My wings still tasted fine despite being a bit dry but my wife's burger wasn't as fresh as it could have been. All in all, the employees seem a bit tired and burnt out so maybe this all stems from a management issue.

Picked up my food.. wings were old. I showed him and the worked said “Oh God, yes let me get you new wings”. Came back 1 minute later and I check the food SAME WINGS. I said “those are the same wings.. just with more sauce added”.. I pulled one apart and felt with my finger COLD and HARD. He had nothing to say but looked more in shock I called them out for reserving my the same batch. Like come on.. I ordered 50+ dollars worth of food and give this company good service and tips. Thank god I decided to wait and tip this time until after I checked my food. I said no but I want a refund I won’t pay for old food.. he then said he couldn’t give me a refund then but took down my information and I would see in 3-5 business day.. BUT HAD NOTHING TO GIVE ME AS CONFIRMATION!! Sketchy if you as me.. any other refund I’ve ever gotten was on spot or had proof of pending refund. This location use to be great.. I would blame the workers but at this point it’s on the manager. If the team doesn’t respe
