On The Bend Oyster Bar and Cigar Lounge

Food is amazing! Best oyster spot I've found in San Antonio. The oysters tasted so fresh and they had multiple options for my non-oyster loving guests. The service was TOP NOTCH. Our servers name was Arturo and he made the night so special for us. He really went above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back!

Went to this spot because a couple folks in our group wanted oysters on the half-shell. They also discovered the oysters shooters. What a fun and relaxed atmosphere dining outdoors on the bend of the river! Todd and Endgren (pardon if name is misspelled) we're very attentive to our party of seven out-of-town patrons. Thanks for making our visit so much fun!

RACIST MANAGEMENT. I arrived with a coworker (white, male) on 3/30/22 around 11pm. Plenty of seating and ordered with a very nice waitress just a few minutes after being sat down. After 10 minutes of waiting the waitress told me I would not be served and that I would have to leave not indicating anything to the coworker I was with. When I asked why she stated it was due to not paying at their sister bar “Mad Dog” Having the receipts I told her that’s not a problem this was just a simple miscommunication and please get the manager so we can sort things out. The manager, a mid 30’s white woman approached the table and told me that I would have to leave or police would be called. I asked her why and she restated it was due to not paying for my tab at their sister bar. I told her it was a miscommunication and took both receipts out I had along with showing the charges made to my card from “mad dog pub” She grabbed both threw them on the floor and said “I don’t care, honestly, we’re not ser
