Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We went here for lunch last Sunday and Sarah P was our waitress. Very friendly staff and helped me with my dietary needs. Thanks for helping us end our vacation with a bang.

This particular Olive Garden location is terrible. We ordered pick up for 2 chicken & shrimp carbonaras with chicken gnocchi soup. When I was already halfway done with my soup, I dipped my breadstick in it and when I looked before taking a bite, I saw there was a hair on it. I was so disgusted I immediately threw it out which is why I don’t have an image attached. As per the pasta, the chicken seemed to be undercooked with excessive soggy breading, it barely had any sauce (what was in there was extremely runny) and we had random pieces of fettuccine pasta in our dish when the carbonara is clearly made with just spaghetti. Will definitely not be back, and will never ???? recommend. .

My Eggplant Parmesan was delicious as were the salad and bread sticks. I gave a ding on service only because we had to wait 45 minutes for the food to come out (they had run out and had to bake a new batch). They did give me a complimentary bowl of soup to eat while I waited. The waitress was SUPER nice and solicitous. Atmosphere was average, I would have rather sat by the window. The restaurant was pretty much empty as we ate early (5:30). Overall, a good dinner even if it was slow.
