El Potro Mexican Restaurant

If you are looking for great Mexican food then definitely try this restaurant. I had not been in years and I forgot how good it was and the margaritas are very strong. I did not drive so I had 2 and I was glad I was not driving. But if you would like excellent Mexican food - this is a restaurant to try. You will not be disappointed.

Not the best Mexican I've ever been. Margarita was too sweet and didn't taste real, I think they use margarita mix for that. Enchiladas were very small and almost empty inside. The refried beans weren't great either. Disappointed. They have outdoor seating, which is good, but please note that it's a mall, so you look at the parking lot while eating. This chain of restaurants advertised vegetarian dishes but they are not vegetarian. They use traditional ingredients which is lard in refried beans and meat based stock in the rice. Please remove these so called vegetarian dishes from your menu and I will change my review. Please learn what it means to be vegetarian and realize that it is also religious to many. You are discriminating against our religion and beliefs when you lie about such things.
