Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My bf has never been to olive garden. I had the ravioli carbonara, my bf had the spaghetti, and my son had the shrimp fettuccine. Me and my son had a salad and my bf had a chicken gnocchi soup which was delicious ????. All of our meals were really good, the waiter was really nice. The waiter had great customer service and when we asked about an appetizer, he explained to us clearly. When we first walked in, the attendant was very nice and the atmosphere felt comfortable. Vegetarian options: They have a gluten free meal.

Me and my daughter went there September 1, 2023, around 3:30pm We both order the chicken Alfredo and she got want to go. For three days me my daughter and her boyfriend have been having diarrhea. We got food poisoned. When we order the food, I told my daughter the pasta didn’t look right. Also, the bread was super hard and crunchy

Food was great, staff very personable and engaged. The atmosphere was so drab it was as if all hope of anything authentic Tuscany had long been abandoned. Not even greenery and soft lighting. Wait staff were attentive and very polite and respectful, the only suggestion I'd have is help your wait staff make more money by teaching them to read a table slowly and wait for a break in conversation or until someone finishes a drink or a bite to approach the table. Never interrupt, anticipate needs before having to make repeated trips. Gives them more time and opportunity to be charming and upsell. Food is always great and that's why it's a staple. Olive Garden is a highly underrated place for the quality and value! Work smarter not harder you guys! Always be nice, kindness is EVERYTHING!!
