My bf went to this location and asked for extra pickles on our sandwiches. We always ask for extra pickles on the spicy chicken sandwiches because they are so dry and I love pickles. The cashier didn’t put in request for extra pickles. When My bf got home I noticed the sandwiches did not have extra pickles. The transaction doesn’t say anything about extra pickles. I called because they messed up and they said we can come back to get a side of pickles. Are u going to pay for my gas for your hiccup and my time to come back because YOUR cashier messed up? The manager Enrique took no blame no accountability and said they did everything right because the transaction didn’t say “extra pickles”.. well Enrique, just because the transaction didn’t mention “extra pickles” does not mean we didn’t ask for it.. it means your employees don’t listen to their customers. While talking to Enrique it sounded like he didn’t believe me.. yes Enrique let me drive over their to pick up the extra pickles whil

We waited in a very long line for the new milkshake. They messed up our order and gave us one caramel cookie crumble and one vanilla. Mistakes happen, but I also don't think the person working the window should have been surrounded by that many orders and still having to take payments. There was lots of food just sitting around the window in bags and a second set of shakes was sitting there two. Probably the correct set . . . Definitely not up to cooperate standards. Probably not the workers fault though.
