Food was great, as always. But these kids! The hostess, Deoro was extremely rude. There was a 45 min wait to be seated, which was fine. But the hostess was on her phone/social media the entire time and would let out an annoyed sigh, when someone needed her to work. Someone please teach these kids manners and work ethic. Not a good look for Olive Garden.
Wait time was 45 minutes and that was expected. The parking is crazy due to roughly 10-12 parking spots empty in front for carry out orders. The hostess Deora was more consumed with her cell phone and texting instead of helping people in the lobby to check in. So much so she had her charger plugged in at the front for her phone. VERY unprofessional. Food ended up being great but the service was poor. Texas Roadhouse next time for sure!
After waiting forever on Rafferty's to seat us. These folks took us in with no problems ????....the food was good and the people were very nice to us especially our waitress Jasmine...didn't get the other girlie name. They song happy birthday to my daughter and then gave her a slice of cheese cake. Love this place ❤
