Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The food was good, not great. Lots of chewy pieces left in the chicken scampi. What really grinds our gears, was the waiter argued with us about sharing the salad with our kids. Keep in mind, we all ordered meals. We simply asked for plates (which are usually brought with the breadsticks) so our children could enjoy some salad as well. He summoned the manager to come tell us we weren't allowed to share the salad. Our minds were blown. We've been coming to Olive Garden for many years, and this is the first we've ever been treated this way. Upon negotiation (over a freaking salad), we were allowed to let the kids have some, but not ask for a refill. Following that, our food came out in decent time. But, wait staff never returned to refill drinks, and when we asked for one more basket of breadsticks, it took 15 minutes and we were done by the time they arrived. Is Olive Garden in such financial distress that they can't allow a party of 10, who's spending 220.00+ on dinner, to share salad

There is a particular server there that exceeds wholesome customer service. Let me elucidate exactly what I mean by wholesome; this young woman has the most welcoming and pleasant aura. She is attentive, funny, thoughtful and genuinely kind. I’m not big on leaving reviews unless I feel absolutely necessary. The service this young Lady delivered, along with a great meal needed vaunted about. Her name was Brittany Graver I, myself, was not there however, some family of mine that she served relayed this to me and it was too delightful not to share!

I would like to compliment Gina, our server, While food is Special in its own way and certainly keeps people coming back, There’s nothing like an exceedingly pleasant, server who is A real “People-person” and has a knack for the service industry, which is often so underestimated because it’s a lot of hard work and many different aspects of it,from your shifts of Long hours, Hard floors, sometimes unforgiving customers, Heavy Trays, Constant running, And always having to be “On” from one table to the next, I can’t think of a server I’ve seen in ages that has been as exceptionally talented and ready for a server trainer or guest services management position than Gina, If you were to speak of the kind of server that one percent of which really rarely ever rise to the top of, in terms of quality, follow up, follow through, friendliness, and Professionalism, She’s it, Gina was the picture perfect Example any Manager would be pr
