Service was fine until we ordered. Although there would have only been around 20 people in the place when we ordered it still took 40 minutes for our meals to arrive. I ordered a rib eye 10 oz steak to be cooked medium to well with a baked potato. When it arrived it would have been less than 1/2 inch thick charcoal on one side (which had been placed face down obviously) and over cooked on the up side. When I cut into it, it was bordering on dry. The garlic butter which was ordered had already disappeared into the steak. The potato was a sad thing on its own as it’s skin had been cooked for so long you couldn’t cut it. But I ate it as I was tired and hungry and couldn’t be bothered with the agro. My partners meal was edible but parts were tough and dry. If the cook remains, I can’t see this business lasting. All other steakhouses can cook to an order and do it consistently across their restaurants, why can’t this individual cook to an edible acceptable standard? We have eaten

I am not big on chain restaurants, but this place with refreshing! They had an awesome bar! The husband and kids brought me here for dinner, we had the calamari (nice and crispy), warm Bavarian pretzel, onion rings, Cajun chicken pasta, burgers, and the creole mahi and shrimp. The burgers were cooked to what we wanted, medium rare. Every bite was just savory and amazing. I was so happy with how crispy the calamari was. Everything was seasoned with love. This place is a great restaurant to try out! The entire family loved all of their dishes!
