Marco was an absolutely amazing server! We never had to ask for anything! He went above and beyond at all times to make sure we had everything we needed! He made our dinner a great meal! Marco even wrote a happy birthday on my son’s dessert! He is a rare find in the restaurant world! Thank you for a great experience!!
Wonderful dinner, great service! The salad did not disappoint. I had eggplant parm and it was fantastic and piping hot when they brought it out. The only downside was the breadsticks. Although tasty, they weren't soft and fresh. As they cooled down, they became almost hard like bread that was put in the microwave too long. But everything else was on point!
Went to restaurant on 8/29 at approximately 6 pm was seated in an area with other customers. Set for 20 minutes with waitress and waiter walking by. Not one ever stopped to welcome us or take our order. Was completely ignored. Others came and was waited on but not us. Very sad. We got up and left. Told the people out front what happened and never even got an apology. We like Olive Garden but will never return to that location. An apology would be nice.
