5/1/22 went in to no host/ess. There was at least 2 employees that walked by and didn't bother to help or at say I'll/we'll be right with you. So it started in a bad note but once seated my waitress, Rachel, was amazing. She was patient, kind, funny and very helpful. Food was good nothing special. I'm really only giving this a 4 star rating for my waitress.
"When you're at Olive Garden, you're family" (but of course you can't stay an unlimited time and you have to pay for food ☺️). Kidding aside... Good food, atmosphere and service.
My dad and I went here for the first time in Lombard at around 12:30 for lunch on 10/4. I have to say I’m amazed at everything!!! The food, atmosphere, and not to mention SERVICE was everything. Please ask for Julie whenever you get here! She’s the sweetest and will go above and beyond to make your experience worthwhile. Will definitely be back and be asking for her!! ????so worth it.
