Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

oh wow... The food was excellent, the weight staff was Magnificent. Will was always smiling and laughing and made us feel like family. I sure appreciated it because I was celebrating my birthday week. The servings were huge and I have leftovers to take home and have dinner tonight. Kid-friendliness: I always bring my grandchildren. Okay so I always really really enjoy pastas at Olive Garden. You always win going to Olive Garden! Their bread is literally the best bread. But in this case I gave a 3 star to the service because we had to wait for a table when there was so many available for like 15 minutes? And after that, when we ordered a soup to the server, we got our food really late like 40 minutes of waiting and after that we wanted to get more cheese and bread and we had to remember her twice. Not a lot of people was there.

I took my family of 5 to Olive Garden on Friday night. We were promptly seated by the hostess. We then waited 15 minutes without any waiter or waitress coming to greet us at our table. We were obviously ready to order by then. I asked an employee where our waitress was, and she said she would go get her. After a 10 minute wait, nobody came still to take our order. Soon after, another employee walked by, and after I asked if she was our waitress, she stated that she was off the clock and pointed out our waitress 2 tables over. I figured our waitress would at least come over to greet us after dropping the drinks off at that table, but she didn't even look at us and went to the back. We waited probably another 7 minutes, and she still never came, so we got up and left. Employees standing around saw us leaving and knew we had been waiting a very long time, and nobody attempted to stop us or apologize or anything. We wasted a good 30+ minutes waiting, and our waitress didn't even have the c
