Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Very upsetting and disappointing experience at this location on Maple Road in Amherst, NY! My husband, two children and I went to eat and never was served and we arrived not at peak hours and seated quickly so they weren't busy. We sat at our table for 15-20 minutes and never met a waiter or waitress at all, nobody even came to ask us what we wanted to drink, I'm sure we would have continued to sit there without service but we were so hungry and our children were starting to act up that we got up made an employee aware of our frustration and walked out. So glad we didn't spend money here because our bill would have been close to $100 and to have it start out terrible I'm sure the rest of experience would have continued that way! Also, I was shocked when I made them aware of how disappointed we were and that we were leaving that they didn't try to persuade us into staying by offering us free drinks or something on their behalf, all we got was "I'm sorry we can get your orders who was

There were four hostesses that greeted us and we got a really nice table nice and quiet. Waitress was absolutely phenomenal and checked on us so many times! The food was amazing as always. Absolutely love coming here. We got the calamari and the ranch dip is my favorite along with lasagna and cheese raviolis. Breadsticks and salad all day long????
