Denny's

Let me start by saying that the food was delicious, and we got everything that we ordered. The service wasn’t too great, and it took a while to get out order, but everyone was nice and it was served with a smile. I do recommend this restaurant, but be sure you have enough patience to wait for your food!

I would be remiss if I failed to send a note of absolute appreciation for the AMAZING service and meal provided by the staff at Denny's on Maple. I am a representative with a biopharmaceutical company and I needed to provide lunch for 25-30 people at a large office nearby. Colleen was honestly fabulous! Her customer service oriented approach, professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail were noteworthy! When I placed the call to order, she was attentive and offered suggestions to make this order perfect. As a rep, you are only as good as the food you bring...so I was well taken care of. To the kitchen staff, the lunch was fantastic! The hot foods were hot and the cold food was cold. The food was fresh and plentiful. To the wait staff who worked with me, very courteous and professional! From the minute I walked in the restaurant, I was greeted and my order was addressed immediately. Busy Sunday but there were quite a few employees just standing around while we waited for refills and our check. We weren’t checked on other than when our food was brought. Many others sat with empty glasses, too. Would be more understanding if employees weren’t standing in groups chatting. Food was great.
