8-13-21 ★ ★ Totally agree with the negative reviews below, lack of customer service and overpriced. Small portions, burnt food. The eggplant spread (ikra) tastes great, everything else not so much. But their prices are like at an upscale restaurant. It feels like they have some special customers and they really don’t care about anybody else. P. S. The Armenian salad (to go) was a decent size, and the tomatoes tasted great but the cucumbers were ????????????????. Also too much onion. Piti (soup) tasteless, $15 is a ripoff for this size and quality

As a non armenian I always wanted to try authentic Armenian cuisine. My sales team celebrated here this past weekend and all I can say is that this place blew my mind. Not only was the food top notch but the service by Luiza took this experience to another level. The atmosphere made this even more in incredible and made me feel like I was in the presence of Armenian royalty. Everything from every dish, to the service, to the ambiance was stellar and if I was a Michelin reviewer I would give this nothing less than 5 Michelin star. Thank you Old Gyumri and Luiza for providing such an authentic welcoming to authentic Armenian culture, food, and traditions.

Do not recommend at all. We called to make a reservation, and nobody cared to tell us in advance all details. So when we came to parking lot the guy at the valley parking did not offer an option to park at street so we don't have to pay. Straight ahead he said we need to park your car and even after that still we were sure that nobody is going to charge for parking because we almost were parked. Next the service, it was cold and they didn't offer us to turn on the heater until we asked. The heater wasn't working. They said we have to try to turn it on ourselves. We couldn't turn it on too. We ordered food, it came out pretty fast. We didn't wait a long time. Chicken kabob was not from chicken meat, we tasted only eggs. At the end when we were leaving and we were sitting in the car, the server came to us and said that they forgot to tell us about extra 50$ for live music. It was ridiculous. We were leaving, nobody said even a word for that at the beginning. Very disappointed.
